Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

  •  We offer shipping within Canada and internationally.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 6 business days of receiving payment.

 

Domestic Shipping:

  • Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, with tracking information provided.

  • Estimated delivery times are a maximum of 6 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

 

International Shipping:

  • International orders are shipped via DHL, with tracking information provided.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. (No more than 6 Business days)

 

Shipping Costs:

  • All domestic and international shipping costs are zero, regardless of your location.

 

Customs and Duties:

  •  International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon importation of their order.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the shipping carrier's website.

 

Delivery Issues:

  •  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Your return must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for all of the items within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Your exchange must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at SilkSymphony@amraji.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Package your item securely, including the original packaging and receipt, and affix the provided return shipping label to the package.

  4. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

  5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  6. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges is free of charge.

 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
